Affordable and convenient with helpful staff. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, AC, lounge area, TV room, storage, security. No pets allowed, no smoking. First time the staff helped me print. Perfect for my city trip. Always coming back. No regrets.

One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. It is very close to Beppu station, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. Another positive aspect is the friendly and helpful staff. They speak fluent English and Chinese, making communication smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and comfortable rooms with double beds. it's a great value for money with attention to detail.

I had such a great time at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was very close to the station, so it was really convenient for exploring the area. Plus, being in such a lively area meant there were plenty of options for food and entertainment nearby. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were so nice and accommodating, making me feel really welcome throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were great. I had a double bed, which was really comfortable and spacious. this hotel offered fantastic value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities that made my stay enjoyable.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

This hostel is in a great location, with many onsens and restaurants nearby. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, offering good tips and providing great service. the rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, including free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. you can get a free coupon to access the nearby hot springs, and the hostel's cafe serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices.

One thing to consider is that the stairs can be challenging for travelers with large suitcases.

Fantastic location able to get a hold of tasty cuisine and even near hot springs to relax in. Great customer service by the staff - so kind and accommodating. Loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available, just no towels. The beds allowed for ample sleeping space. Definitely worth the visit!

No available showers or kitchen, but they provided free tickets to use the nearby onsen. Bathroom situation could have been better- only one per floor with long lineups in the morning.

The hostel has an ideal location close to the train station, which is perfect for getting around the city. there is a good selection of free toiletries provided in the room. They also offer towel rentals if needed. the staff was very accommodating and friendly and took the time to help us with any questions or concerns we had.

One downside of the hostel is the bed quality, which was uncomfortable and hard. the lack of blanket options in the room is an issue, only a thin sheet was provided.
